Returns and Exchanges

Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase.

Items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags on merchandise for return or exchange.  Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning your items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee items will be in stock in case of exchanges. We recommend placing a new order online for the desired item and requesting a return for the item you wish to return. This will help ensure you get items while they are in stock.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 20 days of purchase.

Returned or exchanged items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

International Customers, please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs, duties, custom fees or taxes collected in your country.

Returns or Exchange Procedure:

  1. Securely repackage the item(s) you are returning, in the same box or in a comparable box.
  2. Include a copy of your packing slip and the order number with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged, and it will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
  4. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost.
